This branch is terrific. I've used other Crescom branches & always had good experiences, but this is my home branch & I could not have made a better choice. The people are wonderful, every one of them - helpful, easy to deal with & eager to help solve any problem that may come up.
The website is easy to use too. Set up was a breeze & it's laid out in a straight-forward easy to navigate manner. My only wish would be the ability to do ACH transfers which is currently not available.
In order to accomplish that I did open an account at the nearby First Bank where the people were nice but after the checks were wrong (twice,) the debit card was wrong, the ACH setup took 3 weeks, and I found the website difficult to navigate & each login required a phone call for a verification code, it was just too much trouble & I closed the account.
