DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a resident of a small town everyone knows everyone and I was very comfortable with the staff at Naber Dodge. This new company Victory is obviously all about the money and does not care about the customer or the employees. When victory took over you could feel/ see the difference. The Naber employees were like extended family but once victory came in everyone looked miserable and one by one I started seeing new faces. It became clear to me that victory was getting rid of all the locals. I used to enjoy going in for service and looking at cars talking to the salesman but that's over now. All the old service staff are gone and when I went in for an oil change and nothing else they tried to charge me almost 300 dollars for things I never agreed to. I wanted to speak to the manager and apparently the new service manager cannot be bothered as it took her 20 minutes to finally speak with me and she really tried to get me to pay for it. I refused and fought and did not pay and I will never be back. I have never talked to such a rude incompetent person in my entire life. I miss the old staff so much. It's so sad to see what a corporation can do to a local business. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away. As I said before this is a small town and I know some of the previous employees and I was told in confidence that victory treats you as a number and not a person. They do not have their employees best interest at heart. I have even been told that they can be fired if they do not "up sell" you which apparently means selling you more work than needed which I believe is part of this new service managers plan. It was disgusting to me to hear that I trust employees with my vehicle and if they do not try and sell me things I don't need they could lose their jobs. So you cannot trust what they say you need for your car. I will never go back. They have stopped treating me like family and no one recognizes me anymore anyway as I do not recognize any of them. Be assured if you go to this establishment you will be a victim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the worse ever, a recall of my dodge ram was refused to be done. promises of disbursement were never met. after there promises. FTC on this safety recall have been and are under investigation. also the attorney gen. office complaint THIS WAS A SAFETY RECALL THAT WAS REFUSED. UN BELIEVABLY HOW THEY HANDLED SUCH A SAFETY RECALL, WHERE THE TRUCK WENT TO WIDE OPEN THROTTLE COULD NOT BE STOPPED AND CRASHED BECAUSE OF THE FUEL INJECTOR PUMP RECALL OR TO BE REBUILT. OUT OVER 3000 DOLLARS AND STILL NO TRUCK. BEWARE DON'T USE THEM
I walked in and every one was friendly and pleasant. As they didn't have what I was looking for they went out of their way to find it. I was very fussy as to what I was looking for in a Dodge Journey, but they found it with all the options I wanted. Again, Thank you to you all. It was a team effort from the sales man, to the sales manager, and the finance dept. So far I love my car.
Working with Jeremy, our sales rep, was a delight. He was personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. As with any car purchase, if you do your homework you are in control, and Jeremy seemed to understand and respect that. I give him 6 stars! The only reason I didn’t give the dealership 5 stars is I think they should change the back and forth between offices, sales person, manager, parking lot, finance, etc. It is too much. Once you decide on a car all parties need to come to you and work through the details. And there’s no reason it should take almost 3 hours. Still, serving us lunch was a nice touch!
