They never answer the phone or return your calls. Do not waste your time with this location. Poor quality service!
Went there today. Receptionist told me the wait was 60-90 minutes, even though I was the only one there. I waited 5 minutes. Olga, the doctor that examined me couldn’t have been colder and less caring if she tried. I’ll never go back again.
Had a appointment, short wait, everyone was pleasant. They also offer walk in/urgent care with later hours. Have a lab, x-ray on premesis.
Went there because I was experiencing a lot of pain in my ankle. I was given a shot in the hip and a prescription for prednisone. The P.A. told me to call if my symptoms worsened and he would "adjust" my medication. A few hours after my appointment my pain increased significantly. I called and left two messages with the triage nurse and also emailed the P.A. The triage nurse did call to tell me she would forward my message to the P.A. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a response and am in considerable pain. It's been more than 5 hours since I left my first message! So, I am heading to the emergency room. The only reason I am giving two stars is because all the employees I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. However, I believe the processes in this office are BROKEN (or they are understaffed).
Yes. It was crowded and we waited over 2 hours, but it was worth it. The staff were very nice and considerate. The doctor that saw my son was phenomenal. It was the last day of vacation and of course we didn't want to spend it there. I found out that they are a walk in clinic as well as a regular doctor's office. I am so pleased with the warmth and professionalism that was offered by the nurse that checked us in as well as the one that answered my questions and the one that took care of my son. If we lived here we would definitely have Brian Monroe as our go to.
