Very bad experience, flowers I chose did not arrive and they never contacted me at all and when I arrived they did not have anything made. Highly disappointed with this floral shop.
I just wanted to thank the staff at Coastal Floral Designs, I never got the woman's name but she was very helpful and made sure that the flowers were sent to my wife they same day with very short notice. I called from outside the country and mentioned that I was a service member who was currently deployed. She made sure that the dozen roses were prepped and ready to go within the hour. When my wife received them she was ecstatic, and told me that they were the nicest roses I had ever given her. I give these guys 5 stars. Thanks again
I ordered flowers online for Saturday 5/13 delivery for *Mother's Day* (the card even said "Happy Mother's Day!") ... I should have known something was wrong when I never got an email receipt. I definitely knew something was wrong when my credit card wasn't charged and my mother-in-law didn't receive her flowers as of 1p that day. I tried desperately to leave a message on the delivery day without receiving a callback. The business is closed Sunday so I called back again today (Monday) and still have not heard back. I have also emailed and have heard nothing! Thanks for ruining my Mother's Day gift ... at least you didn't charge my credit card?!!
