Not a good experience,have a recliner thought was leather,it is peeling,the seat is collapsing,part of the leg rest is collapsing,seems peeling is not covered on extended warranty,now some one will call make appointment to come look at chair to fix,but not the peeling,I am not very happy.will know better if I ever buy from them again extended warranty does not cover all.would expect them to give me a new chair,we will see.so be careful if your going to purchase something from Badcock Furniture,the one I am dealing with is in Shallotte,N C ,up to corporate to do something ha!!

Worst shopping experience of my life. Delivery guys were great! Customer Service during the selection process was virtually non-existent. Ridiculous furniture protection and delivery charges added without disclosure and no copy of sales receipt/bill of sale provided. Satisfied with the items purchased but don't plan to shop there in the future.
