Buyer Beware!!! At first I thought this was a great place, Josh was my salesman and he was awesome. I bought an appliance bundle with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Everything was great until they delivered a fridge with misaligned doors. The installation men tried everything and couldn't get them right. I was told I would have a new fridge in a week. A week later I was told that the new one arrived with the same door problem. The freezer door on the one they left here was leaking from the ice maker and would pop open when you closed the fridge, just enough to defrost everything inside. 2 weeks later it was on backorder, 3 weeks later Mike the owner came to work on the leaking fridge, but i think he made it worse bc now it left a stream across my kitchen! 3 months later I still had the same leaking fridge with various excuses and Mike was becoming more and more rude! (You may also note that Mike the owners last name is Bowman! I'm pretty sure the only positive reviews on here have come from his family, see below for Bowman comments) Anyway, 3.5 months later Mike finally shows up with the replacement fridge and it isn't even the one I ordered. He brought a smaller fridge with broken door drawers!!! The dishwasher doesn't dry when I select heated dry and I finally had it and told him to take back all the appliances. At first he refused, but finally agreed to take them all back bc I bought them in a package. I had nothing to replace them and he left the broken ones with me until I found replacements. I had 3 people witness how horrible and rude he was, and they witnessed him tell me he would take them all back. Now that I have purchased 3 new appliances Mike Bowman will not even return my call AND Sears can't help me bc its past 30 days. It took over 30 days to even get a fridge and they have NEVER delivered a working product. Mike Bowman is a lying crook! Do not shop at this store!!!

We went in on Saturday and met the new owner and manager. Very nice and knowledgeable. Explained what trouble they had with previous manager. Too bad. They went out of their way to get a refrigerator for us..think they have a great team there now! Would highly recommend shopping there!

So happy with new owner. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Its about time.

I finally was able to get Mike Bowman to pick up his appliances, after having to store them through a storm for 2 week. Mike personally told me he would refund the full purchase amount as soon as his driver notified him that he had the appliances. 3 weeks later I get a call from Kayla telling me the refund is finally approved. I emailed Brandon as he requested, but have not heard a response. The refund approved is over 500 less than what I spent. So, Sears has damaged my floors and wall with their leaking appliances, they have inconvienced me for 6 months now, they have all of their appliances back but they have still charged me over 500.00 and I have NOTHING BUT DAMAGE TO SHOW FOR IT!!! Mike Bowman will not talk to me and he told Kayla that I had to call the District Manager, Brandon. When I asked for his phone number, I was told I could only email him and then Kayla hung up on me.
