My disabled roommate who is now bordering on homelessness while waiting on an appeal for an ssi case (in which king law firm has only been involved 4 months) opted to change attorneys after the paralegal for her current attorney C.Mark Baldwin stopped answering basic questions through email and told her she did not need to call to ask questions and began saying over and over through email that (as her attorneys paralegal) it would be extremely hard for her case to be won. My roommate has zero funds and will be living on the street by next week, C. Mark Baldwin as the attorney handling her case is well aware of this fact as his paralegal has been told this on multiple occasions. Despite this he withdrew as her attorney and did not withdraw his right to a fee despite never actually talking to my roommate or meeting with her, we only ever spoke with his secretary who gave us conflicting answers for every question and refused to give us answers for basic questions or ignored them. What C.Mark Baldwin has done is morally reprehensible and as he represents king law firm I would not use them for any service. Run Don't Walk.
