I Was there last week to see a movie with my son, a friend and her children. We played video games and we had buckets of popcorn and soda's. Everyone from the ticket booth to the concessions was extremely nice & friendly. We had a good time.
We've been to this movie theater many times. Contrary to some other reviews, I don't think the theater is in bad shape. I don't feel like it's dirty.
It's a hometown movie theater. Place is understaffed and sometimes dirty but so is every other mover theater in America. It's not the workers fault, it's America's lack of respect and self centered actions that make places like this look bad/ dirty. Nice staff and chill atmosphere.
Would Not have thunk it... A down home Theater with real friendly staff. I love these guys and I have been to theaters all over the world. They could improve somethings of course but I can put up with those things when they make me truly feel good visiting. Thanks and I look forward to my next flick. Oh Love the popcorn, Hint get the big return bucket great deal.
This theatre is ON THE ROPES and is in sad need of a face lift. You would think a local theatre that serves so many people would be in much better condition. The prices are a little high for what you get.
Have never bought popcorn or drinks so can't comment on that. What I can comment on is the ridiculous policy they have of having the snack bar staff selling tickets and snacks. We got there in plenty of time for our movie with our Fandango tickets on our phone. The line to get in to buy tickets was out the door. Customers were confused about the line, whether it was for popcorn or tickets. The last time we did this we simply walked in and showed our phone to one of the snack bar staff and they sent us right in. Fandango says "show this ticket to the ticket taker". There is not a ticket taker. Once again we asked a snack bar staff member but he told us we needed to get in line a get a printed ticket; to give to who I don't know since no one is checking. We played that game for a few minutes but realized we weren't going to make our movie, plus WE ALREADY HAD OUR TICKETS so we simply walked into the theater. When we left the movie there were no customers at the snack bar and no one waiting to buy tickets, just employees standing around. It seems to me that staggering the start times of the movies would eliminate people waiting in line for so long and having to stand outside in the heat. Maybe they're required to start the movies at a certain time, but something about this crazy policy needs to be changed. Hire enough people perhaps? But since they're the only game in town I'm not expecting much.
