I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Lank for giving me my quality of life back. I had never been to a chiropractor, and the idea completely TERRIFIED me. It was an almost last resort, since surgery scared me more. Dr. Lank knows how to make you feel comfortable in his upbeat and candid manner, and knows EXACTLY what he is doing.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Katie Ulam and the staff at Coastal Integrative Health. Dr. Katie is a wonderful chiropractor who gets results. I sit at a desk all day Dr. Katie works wonders on my neck and back. The staff is friendly and are always ready to help with appointments and questions. Their new office is state of the art. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing!!! I have seen them for 3 separate issues. The first was a car accident. Dr. Katie didn't rush my recovery. She made sure she found a regiment that truly fixed my pain and didn't release me from care until I was ready! Then I saw the for physical therapy for a foot injury that I truly thought nothing was going to help and they had me pain free in less than 6 weeks. No I just see Dr. Katie on an as needed basis and she always listens to what I have going on and gets me feeling better.
The staff at Coastal Integrative Health is great to work with. They are all really caring. Dr. Lank is a miracle worker. He has magic hands that cure back issues and his advice on exercises and next steps are right on. His goal is to cure you so you never have to go back. I highly recommend the practice.
He is incredibly knowledgeable. Follow his instructions with his “homework” exercises, etc and you will be like new in no time! Amazing results. My biggest regret is that I didn’t go sooner! I had my birthday this week and the best gift I could have received was to be pain free.
I really took that for granted until I didn’t have it. State of the art equipment, beautiful office, and most importantly an incredibly positive and cheerful staff that makes it a pleasure. Special shout outs to Anna, Sue and Abbey. This place is incredible and has the best reputation in all of Brunswick County!
