Pick-up was pleasant & easy!!
Had a reservation for an SUV made 3 weeks ahead of time-went to pick the vehicle up-waited in line for 45 minutes and was told when I finally was waited on-sorry we have nothing available. I asked for a car and was told-we have nothing available!! The worst customer service ever!!! I always use Enterprise for business and personal use never again. P.S.-went to Market Street Enterprise after corporate made another reservation-they also did not have an SUV and Enterprise at the airport told me to come back the next day-maybe they could help me then. Walked up to the Budget car rental at Wilmington airport-got an SUV in 2 minutes and Budget even apologized for the terrible experience I had with Enterprise. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE-Donna Angelini

Rented a Jeep Patriot. Fairly basic as far as the electronics and didn't have the ability to link phone with Bluetooth. It did have Satellite radio which was nice. Early in the trip discovered that the windshield washer fluid was either empty or non-functioning. This would seem to be a common item to check when preparing a car for rental. Car performed as needed. Service was pleasant and professional.
I've used this store several times and have seen the same faces behind the desk and that's a good thing because those guys are terrific. They couldn't be more personable and helpful. They go the extra mile. Great experience!
