These guys go above and beyond! I'm only at the start of my rental period but so far so fantastic. I had prepaid for a rental and a few days before I was supposed to pick it up I went to the local Shallotte branch to ask a few questions but mainly to see if I could slide the rental period up a few days but keep it at the same duration. I dealt with Mr Gary who I later found out to be the asst branch manager. He was kind enough to honor my request if he was be able to get a car to the location by end of day. He called me mid afternoon just as he said he would and he had a vehicle for me. The pick up process was by far the simplest and most pleasant that I've had. Mr Gary was helpful, courteous and had a great sense of humor. If you're in the Myrtle Beach/Brunswick county area, he is the man to see!
in response to review that complained about the molding, we told you you needed a new one, you were too cheap to buy one, we put the non reusable molding on the best we could and one more thing..... your check bounced you dead beat!
So went to get a rental while my car went in shop. I scheduled it 12 days ago. No one picked me up as discussed. My husband came and dropped me off at Hertz. My reservation was not ready. I was taken to the back and chose a car. After asking about smoking all of a sudden I couldn't rent that car. Then I was given a car on the side that was not in first choices. The car does not have full tank of gas nor had it been cleaned. I am looking at paperwork that says gas tank is full. I will never rent from this place again!
Friendly, informative, and Enterprise isn't the only ones who will pick you up. Not to mention I want to keep the rental and never take my own car back. Highly recommended!
Moldings that were removed from my vehicle for painting were damaged. The clips that hold them on were broken by the person removing them. Instead of replacing them the shop stuck them on with two sided tape. They refused to replace them when they fell off. This was after they had to redo the paint because of problems there. I was not the only person this was done to.
