My family and I were on vacation to Ocean Isle Beach in September 2017. Halfway through our vacation, our drive side window would not go back up. We tried everything, except ripping the door apart, and nothing helped. We decided to see if we could borrow some tools from a local mechanic, and the local gas station recommended Don's Automotive. The staff was super friendly. They got our car fixed, and ready to go in roughly 15 minutes. They were so helpful, and saved us from worrying about rain on our trip!! I highly recommend this place. You won't be unhappy!!
We were in town for summer vacation when our A/C went out. Don and his team really took care of us. They were able to get everything fixed and we had our car back the next day. The price was fair and the service was excellent. My little girls really appreciate having the A/C back. Thank you Don.

Had to give 1 star to post this but would have given 0. I had an appointment this morning at this shop and the mechanic Don was very disrespectful, aggressive with anger toward me. He yelled at me stating he was only going to be receiving $10.00 for the oil change. I was so upset because he yelled at me so I walked out and I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!!!!!! This was the WORST customer service in my life. I WILL recommend Joe's and Moe's Auto Repair and they will treat you with outstanding customer service!!!!!
