Your food quality has become virtually non-existent in the past year or two. I ate at your establishment for years and was never displeased. Now it seems every single thing is bland, or cooked completely wrong (ex burnt). I recently ordered fajitas thinking it would be a safe bet, but nope. They were THE WORST fajitas I have ever had, anywhere. The peppers & onions seemed like they had merely been softened in a pan, dumped in a container, then scooped out onto the fajita dish like that somehow made them 'fajita-fied', and the chicken almost seemed like it had been boiled or steamed ahead of time then sliced and treated the same. I don't know what has gone on in your establishment the past year or two, but the food has become absolutely awful. I'm only giving two stars due to the few decent staff members and because you have beer, I guess?
Got seated immediately, however the waitress never showed up! Which come to find out she was the waitress dancing with the bartender. Finally got waited on and we ordered an appetizer which came out after our food. When we finally got our food the we asked for our steak Med Rare which it came out Well Done. We just ate the food due to our waitress never came back. I did put a review in the table kiosk as the waitress then wanted to stand over my shoulder to see what I was writing. Which this was the best service we had received due to she didn't want a bad review. I am a waitress and I would never give anyone a bad review, I always give the benefit of the doubt due to I understand things happen. But this was just awful and I tried to find the manager on duty, which never at least to my knowledge made an appearance.
I don't know about anybody else, but I've been reading other people's reviews, and for me honestly, everytime me and my husband go, it's A++. I love my steak dinner, especially the steamed broccoli. Food is good. Staff is great. Restaurant/bathrooms are clean, Just overall good place to unwind, and not too loud. Not building you guys up, but this is the truth, lol.
My sister is a HUGE fan of Chili's! We like to get the 2 for $20 deal. It changes all the time, so it's never boring. The steak is perfectly done how you want it and just grilled with salt, pepper, and garnished with a small pat of butter. If you like macaroni and cheese, I recommend getting theirs! I was hesitant about it, but it's decadent!!! Their burgers are AMAZING as well, juicy and grilled to perfection! The fries are so perfect! (Which, if you're not sure which appetizer to get, I recommend the loaded cheese fries!) And if you have never tried dipping fries in ranch dressing, Chili's has THE best ranch dressing to do that! If you're a salad lover, my mom always gets the grilled chicken salad. Usually she has leftovers...not here. Another AMAZING dish is the skillet mashed potatoes. If you get a drink or cocktail, ask for a "South Russian". It's not on the menu, but those who love mudslides/white Russians, this was what they made my sister. I had my first twisted Mojito. HIGHLY recommend! There's a reason why this place is ALWAYS packed!
Decided to treat myself out for my birthday, along with my daughter. The hostess seated us rather quickly. The waitress came over and took our drink order. She returned, shortly after with our drinks and we placed our food order. The waitress brought out our food, left and did not return to our table until I began paying my bill. Meanwhile, she walked past us several times, not stopping to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Nor did either manager/ other wait staff check in on us. Sadly, I had all intentions of ordering a dessert or asking if they honored birthday's, but no one seemed to care. This was by far, my worst Chili's experience.
