I LOVE this place!!!! I have suggested this Wendy's to so many people, I've lost count. I know people get annoyed with wait time, but if you want your food made right and fresh (and I've been in the back...those burgers are FRESH, not frozen...so you want them done!) you might have to be a little patient. That's why the people are so wonderful there. Those Baconators? Beautiful!!! Tons of bacon, no grease (and there's a LOT of bacon on there!!!) and if you get the combo, your fries are hot, not too salty, and you can ask for however much ice you want with no attitude. They forgot my mother's salad dressing for her salad, a simple mistake, which I went in to get and they gave me 4 free frostys! Seriously, folks! REALLY nice and awesome people, I love them!
I was there Thursday the 7th 4:00 went inside and the service was fast and staff was friendly. My chili was hot and really good.
Your classic fast food restaurant rather slow service. One of my items wrong and the french fries were only lukewarm when I got them through the drive-thru. I guess exactly what you would expect from a fast food drive-thru window.
My expectations for fast food places aren't high. So I never post reviews on them. But the drive through service at this particular Wendy's at 1:20 pm on August 14th was uncalled for. I can get over the 15 minute wait in line. It's when I approached the window when I had a problem. The worker looked at me with disgust on her face and asked "You ordered the JB C's and a potato?" I had initially ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and a medium fry, so I got a little confused and told her what I ordered considering Wendy's sells actual baked potatoes. She rolled her eyes at me and said "That's what I said, wasn't it?" Fast food is fast food. But if this location is going to let their workers have crappy attitudes, you won't continue to get my service.
My "go-to" fast food burger joint. Fries- meh.
